Some recipe ideas

          Well, it has been a while since I posted something, but I have been travelling around for work.  In the meantime, I have given the recipes for the book some thought...and these are some of my ideas:

• Mustard chicken on focaccia
• Deli su casa salsa salad
• Potato pizza

I intend of having about a hundred recipes in the book.

Dreams vs Reality

         The thing about having a job, is that it tends to consume your time when all you actually want to do is write a cookbook!  I am sitting in Cape Town for work, and have not had the chance to work on the book!  Well...luckily I have some leave coming up soon!  :)
